A local Ubud host, not a call centre

Cahyana Bali Experience began in Ubud, from hospitality. Before this was a driver service, it was about looking after guests — making sure people felt welcome, safe and cared for on the island we call home. That is still the whole idea.

We are honest about what we are: private Balinese drivers and local companions, not formal licensed tour guides. What that means in practice is that we help you move around Bali comfortably, plan your route around your hotel and your pace, explain basic culture and temple etiquette, manage your timing, assist with tickets, and keep your day smooth from morning pickup to evening drop-off.

What we will never do is take you to commission shopping stops, surprise you with hidden costs, or rush you through a packed checklist of places. We separate the price of the car, tickets, meals and activities so you always know exactly what you are paying for. If a Grab ride would genuinely be cheaper and better for you, we will tell you. That honesty is the foundation everything else is built on.
